On 23/01/2018- 24/01/2018 SIEM Ship Management hosted ABS Academy representative, Mr Raffaele Piciocchi, who conducted an extensive training on HAZIP/HAZOP (Hazard Identification and Operability Study) for thirteen Officers and ten SIEM Ship Management Superintendents. This training is an essential part of preparations for managing new Car Carriers that will be built in China and LNG fueled. Many interesting topics were discussed, such as: current rules and regulations, bunkering standards and risk mitigation techniques to mention a few.
