On October 3-4, 2023, the “Meeting of Senior Officers of SIEM SHIPPING GROUP” was held at the Marriott hotel in Gdynia.
Traditionally, many invited guests representing a number of organizations directly and indirectly related to shipping and everything surrounding it took part in this type of educational and cognitive meetings organized by SIEM Ship Management.
The guests were representatives of our offices in London and Gdynia, as well as representatives of: Administration of Liberia, SKULD P&I Club, MarTrust, Port State Control (PSC), BassNet, Martin Ottoway and others.
Our crews were represented by a group of 49 invited senior officers, and an additional opportunity to participate was provided by the online transmision to next 43 representatives of our crews who, for various reasons, were unable to participate in our meeting.
Very interesting and valuable presentations combined with forms of practical workshops for participants undoubtedly influenced both the deepening of relationships in the SIEM “family” and also increased common awareness of both the “sailing profession” and other goals that we pursue together, such as sustainable development, protection environment and many others.
