In 2020, the difficult situation related to the COVID 19 pandemic prevented us from holding annual crew conferences. On beginning of 2021 the prolonged pandemic prompted us to take steps to organize online conference, which was new for us – taking into account the number of participants.
The conference was organized by SIEM Ship Management in cooperation with the London office on 17/02/2019 – 18/02/2021.
130 crew members and office representatives from Poland, UK and Latvia Russia, Ukraine participated in the conference.
During the Conference various important safety topics were discussed amongst others Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM), Ballast Water Management and other topics presented by various professionals.
Even though the online conference was conducted for the first time for such a large number of people, it turned out to be a great success.
