On 14/05/2019-16/05/2019 SIEM Ship Management in cooperation with Ukraina Maritime Agency organized the Crew Conference for 94 crew members and office representatives from Poland, UK and Latvia in Odessa, Ukraine.
During the Conference various important safety topics were discussed amongst others Cyber Security, Ballast Water Management, Modern Leadership Techniques presented by various professionals. Crew members had training performed by MAN Technician and presentation on Scrubbers and new ECA requirements.
