On 17/04/2018-19/04/2018 SIEM Ship Management in cooperation with Ukraina Maritime Agency organized the Crew Conference for 120 crew members and office representatives from Poland, UK and Russia in Odessa, Ukraine.
During the Conference various important safety topics were discussed amongst others Leadership, Risk Assessment and Root Cause Analaysis presented by DNV GL Trainer. Crew members had training performed by MAN Technician and presentation on Crane Hydraulic Systems by the Company Reefer Engineer.
